Libellula Creations was founded by Agatha Frank, Tina Burns, and Rhonda Smith in the Fall of 2006. We are two sisters and a best friend who were inspired to start a business we all knew something about, children.

Between the three of us, we have a total of five children. Therefore, we know how hard it is to find cute, well-made clothing. With this in mind, we built a website that feature a large, upscale selection of baby and toddler clothing along with maternity wear, diaper bags, room decor, plush blankets, and much more.

The three of us selected items for this online boutique that we loved and would purchase for our own children. We also wanted the online boutique to speak of our personal taste as well as each of our diverse personalities.
